From raw cotton seeds to the fabric
From the farms, the cotton seeds are transferred to nearby ginning factory for separation of lint and seed which is reduced moisture content and then through cleaning equipment for removal of foreign matter. Then they are moved to another factory for knitting. The finished fabric will be proceeded in another procedure as printing, napping or stentering to meet consumer requests. As final fabrics are completed treatment then we can use them in design or garment procedures.
