iGreen Solution is responsible for recruitment, operations, and service coordination within the iGreen ecosystem.
Within the same ecosystem, iGreen Tex Vietnam is the garment manufacturing company, operating under the OEM/FOB model and focusing on B2B production for domestic and international clients.
While the recruitment process is handled through the iGreen Solution account to ensure a centralized HR system, the actual working role is based at iGreen Tex Vietnam. Selected candidates will be involved directly in garment manufacturing projects and will work closely with the Merchandising and Production teams at iGreen Tex.

2) Position & Job Description
iGreen is looking for a Merchandiser Intern to develop future talent for our B2B garment manufacturing operations. This internship is designed for hands-on learning, not for observation or administrative support only.
During the internship, the candidate will be gradually introduced to real merchandising work, including:
Supporting order follow-up from sampling to production stages.
Coordinating with internal teams such as technical, sampling, and production to ensure order requirements are properly executed.
Assisting in communication with partners, including email correspondence and basic document handling under supervision.
Managing order-related data and documents with accuracy and structure.
Based on performance and capability, the intern may participate in domestic projects or export orders, gaining exposure to international clients and professional manufacturing workflows.
3) Requirements for This Role
This position is suitable for final-year students or fresh graduates who are serious about building a career as a Merchandiser in the garment industry. We are looking for candidates who can manage themselves and their work consistently, rather than relying on constant supervision.
Key requirements include:
Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
Basic time and task management skills, with the ability to handle deadlines.
Professional communication skills and confidence in working with partners and foreign clients.
The ability to handle situations calmly and adapt when issues arise.
A genuine interest in fashion, garment manufacturing, and working in an international environment.
4) Policies & Career Development
Merchandiser Interns at iGreen will receive structured training from experienced Merchandisers, starting from the fundamentals of real production workflows. The focus is on practical knowledge and real project involvement, not theoretical exercises.

Direct participation in real manufacturing projects.
