1) Company Introduction

iGreen Solution is responsible for recruitment, operations, and service coordination within the iGreen ecosystem.
Within the same ecosystem, iGreen Tex Vietnam is the garment manufacturing company, operating under the OEM/FOB model and focusing on B2B production for both domestic and international clients.

While the recruitment process is managed through the iGreen Solution account to ensure a centralized HR system, the actual working role is based at iGreen Tex Vietnam. Selected candidates will work directly with internal teams and ongoing projects, supporting marketing activities that serve real B2B manufacturing operations and international markets.

2) Position & Job Description

iGreen is looking for Content Marketing Interns (02 people) to support our marketing activities in a garment manufacturing environment. This position is for candidates who want to understand how marketing works in practice, especially within international B2B markets (the US Market).

During the internship, the candidate will be involved in practical marketing tasks, including:

• Writing and developing content for the company’s social platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. (20%)
• Supporting SEO activities for the website, including content optimization and basic keyword implementation under guidance. (30%)
• Assisting in setting up and executing real marketing plans (monthly) aligned with B2B international models. (30%)
• Participating in the development of new projects and marketing initiatives of the company. (10%)
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure marketing content reflects actual production capabilities and business direction. (10%)

This role provides direct exposure to B2B international marketing, with a focus on content-driven strategies and long-term brand development.

3) Requirements for This Position

This position is suitable for marketing interns or students from related fields who want to build a solid foundation in B2B marketing and international business. We are looking for candidates who can think independently and manage their work responsibly.

Key requirements include:

• Students from the 3rd year with an academic background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields. (English language skills required)
• Basic understanding of business and economic principles, especially in a B2B context.
• Creativity and the ability to develop content ideas aligned with business goals.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• The ability to manage workload, timelines, and priorities effectively.

Content Marketing Interns at iGreen will receive practical, on-the-job training from the Marketing and Business teams. The focus is on real execution, real data, and real market feedback rather than theoretical exercises.
