Quick Answers Before You Start Production
1. How long does it take to receive a response after submitting a request?
We typically respond within 12–24 hours after receiving your inquiry.
To ensure a fast and accurate response, please provide complete and clear information in your request. Inquiries with insufficient details may take longer to process.
2. How will we communicate during the project?
We handle all official communication via email to ensure clarity and documentation.
For faster coordination during production, we also support platforms such as WhatsApp and Zalo, but all final confirmations are made via email.
3. Will I receive a professional quotation?
Yes. We provide a structured quotation, typically in PDF format, including all necessary production details such as pricing, MOQ, and lead time.
4. Is your quotation an estimate or final price?
- If your product information is incomplete, we may provide an estimated price.
- For accurate pricing, we require full specifications such as fabric type, GSM, colors, sizes, and quantity.
5. Can I work with you if I only have a design idea or reference image?
We cannot proceed with production or pricing based on images alone.
If you do not have a tech pack, you will need to provide a physical sample or detailed specifications. Our team can guide you on what information is required to move forward.
6. What happens if the sample does not meet expectations?
Sampling is a paid process.
We provide one round of revisions to finalize the sample before production. Once bulk production is confirmed, the sample cost will be refunded as part of the order.
7. What if there are defects in the final production?
If any issues arise due to manufacturing, we offer a 1:1 replacement policy within the agreed conditions.
This includes defects related to sewing, printing, or embroidery caused by production errors.
8. Will I be informed if there are delays?
Yes. Even under FOB terms, we actively monitor your order and provide updates throughout the production process.
If any delays occur, you will be informed in advance.
