SALE ADMIN INTERNS

iGreen Solution is responsible for recruitment, operations, and service coordination within the iGreen ecosystem.
Within the same ecosystem, iGreen Tex Vietnam is the garment manufacturing company, operating under the OEM/FOB model and focusing on B2B production for both domestic and international clients.

While the recruitment process is managed through the iGreen Solution account to ensure a centralized HR system, the actual working role is based at iGreen Tex Vietnam. Selected candidates will work directly with B2B customers and internal teams, including Sales, Merchandising, and Production, to support real manufacturing projects.

This structure helps candidates clearly understand where their daily work takes place and how the role contributes to the overall B2B sales and production workflow within the iGreen ecosystem.

2) Position & Job Description

iGreen is looking for a Sales Admin Intern to support our B2B sales operations and customer handling process. This position is designed for candidates who want to understand how B2B sales works in a manufacturing environment, from customer inquiry to order execution.

During the internship, the candidate will be involved in real sales support activities, including:

Assisting in consulting and responding to customer inquiries under the guidance of the sales team.
Collecting, organizing, and clarifying customer information such as requirements, quantities, timelines, and specifications.
Transferring accurate and complete customer information to the Merchandising and Production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Supporting order management, including tracking order status, updates, and coordination between departments.
Assisting in communication with domestic and international B2B clients through email and basic documentation.
Supporting risk control by helping identify missing information, unclear requirements, or potential issues in customer requests.

This role involves direct interaction with B2B customers, both local and international, and provides practical exposure to professional sales operations in a manufacturing context.

3) Requirements for This Role

This position is suitable for final-year students or fresh graduates who are interested in B2B sales, customer coordination, and working closely with production teams. We are looking for candidates who can learn quickly and handle information accurately.

Key requirements include:

Good communication skills and a professional working attitude when dealing with customers.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and information.
Basic ability to organize, summarize, and manage customer data clearly.
Awareness of responsibility and risk control when handling customer requirements and order-related information.
The ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and follow up tasks consistently.
Interest in working with B2B clients in a domestic and international environment.

Sales Admin Interns at iGreen will receive structured on-the-job training from the Sales and Operations teams. The focus is on understanding real B2B sales workflows, customer handling, and coordination with production, rather than theoretical sales concepts.

Direct involvement in real B2B customer cases and manufacturing orders.
